Troy Autin has over 20 years of experience in organizational development, strategy and performance in multiple industries including federal & state government, higher education and the private sector. He learned to appreciate the dynamic workings of an organization at a young age by taking part in his family’s business in Houma, Louisiana.  This early professional exposure lead to Troy’s passion for using data and technology to design and develop strategic plans that enhance organizational performance.

Troy received a Bachelor of Arts in History, Master of Public Administration from the E. J. Ourso School of Business and a Ph.D. in Human Resources and Leadership Development with a minor in Applied Statistics from Louisiana State University.  As a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), he keeps current on organizational trends and best practices to keep on the cutting edge in today’s fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Currently, Troy teaches math and research methods as an Adjunct Professor at Franciscan University and Louisiana State University. His recent work experience includes Data and Assessment at LSU, and organizational change management with the United States Department of Homeland Security, Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Army.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time playing video and board games, watching movies, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and watching LSU football with his better-half, Christine, and daughter, Brinkley. His favorite flavor of YNRC is Lemonade.
